Evening cycle ride

I caught the train to work today. It was another nice day but it soon clouded over and by the time I came home, it was quite chilly. 
Ben took Penny to her appointment with the acupuncturist and this time she  had needles stuck in her leg. 
After dinner, Bibi went for a bike ride with Ciara in Bushy Park whilst Ben, Penny and I watched another episode of 'Lost in Space'.
