Drying out

The cake decorations have been washed and are drying out on a radiator in my mum and dad's house. I'm not sure what to do with them. Also was that always how Barbie's torso and pelvic area looked? I swear they didn't used to have a textured section. I feel like they can't be thrown out...but at the same time I've no reason to keep them.
