Adrian was 'hanging out of his a$$' (as the kids of today would say). He pushed through though and we went for a walk in Queenscliff and discovered a little walk that we didn't know existed which was nice.  Bean and I had ice cream while Adrian tried to keep his guts down.  It was one of those unplanned days that turned out unexpectedly pleasant (minus the delicate feeling husband)
