Knitting while being transfused

All day in hospital for blood transfusions is a regular feature of my life. This is the first time I have been able to combine knitting and transfusion, which is dependent on the position of the cannula. The best vein is the one at the elbow, but it is important that it is not bent, so that prevents knitting. So delighted that it was possible to find a vein that worked for knitting
