End of a day

Today has mostly been frustrating. I thought I had left my phone in my friends car last night so the first couple of hours were spent phoning the phone then emailing him at work but it wasn't there. Then D buzzed the flat to check that I hadn't died or wasn't lying on the floor with my leg bent at a funny angle because I hadn't responded to calls or texts about where we were meeting. So, that was nice and a bit weird.

After some misunderstood intermediary emails, and finally getting through to the phone co I got the phone cancelled and then got a message to say that a neighbour had phoned D and had found my phone. Brilliant, except I don't know who she is or where she lives and I've cut off my phone so she can't call D's number again to check where I am.

Frustrating would be the best way to describe today.
