Bridal Wreath

I went out this morning but not early enough. By the time I'd done my business the rain had started so I didn't hang around but hoped it would clear later on. I had plenty to do indoors and it didn't get any better as the day went on so I slipped out to the garden to see what was looking good in the rain.

This spiraea arguta is still fairly young and I just photographed a blossom to the side where I thought it looked quite good against some other foliage.

I'm looking forward to getting back to band rehearsal tonight after a bit of a break when people have been up to other things.
