Travelling Without Moving

A manic day today ... going away skiing tomorrow for a week, so pretty frantic getting lose ends tied up and throwing all the balls as high as I could in the air, so they didn't fall down again before I left work this evening.

Followed by what could only be politely described as a negative customer service experience in Boots. Grumpy old miserable bag that the manager was. Stubbornness prevailed however and money now back on card.
