Thai Green Curry

Used the cookbook that we got from the fantastic Chilli Club in Chiang Mai for the first time today, making a delicious Thai Green Curry. Sadly it seems we've had an oriental thief at some point, as we've no chopsticks, wok or rice cooker, watch out!
