Carrot cake

On a dreich day there is nothing better to do than bake.    

I've got all the cut fruit in fridge for the large fruit salad for tomorrow's funeral luncheon, along with a batch of peanut butter 'mallows.

Currently the carrot cake is in the oven and I will shortly get the cream cheese icing done and put aside for putting on the cake later.

I have a drug company sponsored dinner on one of the latest MS disease modifying drugs to go to.  

This is a full day with little time for anything extra.
