Guard Goose

This goose was sat atop a garden wall as I did my power walk today, hissing at people coming home from work.

After decades of fearing yoga classes I am finding doing the videos at home fantastic and feeling the benefits already, especially on my ridiculously tight calves, hamstrings and hips.
