Hit and miss

I like to experiment with my cooking so when I found this recipe for spinach pancakes I thought: “I’ll give them a go”.

Mmm … not sure we’ll be having them again.
For some reason practically all of them stuck to the pan and, although the roasted peppers and goats cheese filling was delicious, the pancakes themselves didn’t really taste of much.
