Menu Planning

I watched the scene unfold. I first saw the smartly dressed guy on the left and was minded to approach him, but before I could do so he was greeted by the guy to the rear, who turned up on a delivery bike. Much animated conversation ensued. The guy to the right then turned up on another delivery bike. Same big cubic bag, different logo. There was more animated conversation, punctuated by a lot of consternation as they looked at the screens of their phones searching for an answer. They were still looking when I left. 

I haven't a clue. And I likely never will. I do rather love an inexplicable vignette.
