Flame Tree

I haven't blipped this tree for a long time and I'm only doing it today to record it as it is at the moment. Over the next few weeks, it will change colour as the flame tree flowers come into bloom. You can already see Dubai turning red - a most welcome sight.

It's been a quiet day. I went out in the morning to get two dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts, mainly for G! We had an unexpected visit from Pauline. She is recovering well from her ankle operation. And I've had to be quiet a lot of the evening as G works on a sermon for the Salvation Army service tomorrow. I eventually got my guitar out and practised some songs!
