The old gaol.

Once a convicts gaol,
Mellowed now by time and trees,
Beauty now pervades.


My blipping and commenting is very patchy at the moment as I am away in Central Otago with a group of 18 other photographers. One  of whom is a blipper " daring2go",so it has been lovely to meet her. This particular region is stunning at this time of year with all the golden colours. And a history which features a gold rush in the late 1800's.And the scenery is amazing. Needless to say we are out with our cameras from sunrise to sunset. And then it is time for wine and food......
