Early Run Bad Pyrmont

Making good on a personal bet. I wondered if I could get myself up to go for a run and I did. I love the German countryside. I had a choice to turn left and run around the farmland or turn right and climb the hill on a forest track. The trees won and the quick onset of an asthma attack due to the effort. 8 degrees Centigrade and nothing more than running shorts and t-shirt...
