Anzac biscuits

I grew up in New Zealand. These are Anzac Biscuits. I made them especially for today.

The community I grew up in was small and I still have friends from back then. It really was a special time and place.

I can't imagine how devasting it must have been for those tiny communities back in WW1 to have had to send their boys so far from home.
