Anzac Day 2018

A contemplative day as I looked back and thought of all the family members long gone now and how the wars affected them and in turn me. My fathers birthday was Anzac Day too so he featured a lot in my thoughts today. He joined the war on his 18th birthday.

It was so nice to have the day off and I just pottered along doing little bits and pieces and in the end it felt like Sunday. Took Toto to the river for a quick whiz around and found this beautiful feather, not sure what sort of bird lost it but it was perfect for a blip today.
