Blossom time

Lots of it about at the moment, this was on the Linesway which is the old disused branch line from Garforth to Castleford. We even had our own station at Kippax  The trains ran from Leeds and branched off at Garforth, I can remember the line before it closed as although I didn't live here I used to horse ride in the area the stables being at Garforth Bridge. Ah happy days. 
The Linesway is now a long footpath, which although it doesn't go to Castleford any more is still pleasant to walk or cycle, we get lots of families cycling on it these days at weekends.

Nice and sunny today with a strong breeze. my pink cherry tree is nearly  in bloom too
