Noo strips off as soon as he comes in from school. It’s a bit chilly today, so he kept the top half of his uniform on.

I spent the day in bed. My sleep was restless and I knew, by about 2am, that I wouldn’t be well enough to go to work. I eventually called in at 6am. As soon as the boys left for school and work, I drifted back off to sleep. Even I was surprised to wake up after 1pm.
