Les feuilles tombent

No exciting fungi news today but plenty of leaves floating on the black waters of the "Shallow Pond". Lost deep in the woods this is a very large late medieval clay pit. Its only a few inches deep and stands next to the "Deep Pond" (see how creative we are at naming stuff around here). Apparently nobody knows how deep - the best estimate is that its "quite" deep.
