Not the squelchfest the forecast suggested; an hour or so of admin and then out on the bike; Granton gave way to Muirhouse and I finally escaped the ghetto for the bright lights of the West End. Bought Bill a card; popped by the office to get it signed; then onwards to greater Leith and coffee at Bill's. After a bonus jammy dodger, we went the 200 yards to his new flat for a neb.Nice open outlook; not quite as spacious as the current place but needs must. Dodging a shower, I headed for home; in and worked a bit before heading off to fetch the lads. Stir fry and meringues awith cherries and marscapone; and UCL highlights (Alex had text me at 0558 as he'd woken up to see his team's win the previous evening)
And some homework and TV ensued.
