Mattar paneer

... or in laymans terms, Indian cheesey peas.

Today was the second day of slaving over a hot stove for guests coming to dinner. Yesterday the beef got tourned in to a Gohst. I also did a vegetable labra. Today I've doen the mattar paneer, a tiramisu for pudding and I'm about to start mixing up the ingredients for onion bhajias.

It's a remarkably similar menu (ok, identical, but if it ain't broke don't fix it) to when our blip host and his good lady were out last week for dinner. Don't tell tonights guests but I cheated and bought the paneer from a shop this time instead of making it. Not quite the same satisfaction, but at least the kitchen won't smell of warm milk for days this time.
