Landed here at 18.00 and it was hot. Love these umbrella pines.
We are here for a wedding in Otranto. 14 years ago we took on an Italian student on a entrepreneurial exchange from Strathclyde University. I kept in touch and now he’s marrying a Moscow maid. . Should be an interesting demographic!
Hope to take in Matera and see the houses of the Trulli if we can fit it all in.
Lovely to see the sun and leave a wet and dreich Glasgow behind.
