An Apple a Day

I was tasked by Tom to try and sort his phones out. His latest wasnt charging and his previous was obliterating with stripes. We'd spent a while yesterday swapping sims from one phone to another complicated by the issue of Apple locking him out for forgetting his ID. They offered to text the phone which was locked with an unlock code, doh!! One of the many reasons I don't particularly like Apple and stick to Android.

Anyway I took the phones when we went in for coffee (at Nero). Opposite on Henley Street is PhoneBits4U (you have to love the name!), they were very helpful and understanding when I explained the problems and we decided to just go ahead with the newer phone.

So after an hour plus in Nero we popped back to the shop and collected Tom's now mended phone. Mobile phone repairs and accessories must be quite a thriving industry, we have at least three or four shops in Stratford.

ps the guy outside seems to be fiddling with a small skateboard and I'm not sure why there's a snowman in the window.
