Sunlight at the Edge of the Road

It has been a miserable, over caste, grey day today, with hints of rain.
Then at 5.00pm the sun broke through the cloud and we had half an hour
of dramatic light as shafts of late sunlight and bits of blue sky appeared.
I drove to the outskirts of Aberdeen on the way home,
until I had tracked down the shafts of light.
I took some pictures from the side of the road.
Then the light changed to dusk and was gone.....
