Little bit of retail therapy at huge market on waterfront of Bordighera. Afternoon visit to Dolceacqua where where Monet painted the bridge over the Nervia river. We headed up the valley to Pigna, another fascinating village, where we saw the mediaeval stone implements for measuring wine and olives.
