More violets

SOOC. These are on my kitchen bench, they look happy. Thanks biker bear for hosting the long running Flower Friday series. I have no trouble finding flowers.

This morning after the odd jobs we had a nice ride out to Kelso and along the path next to the river (Macquarie). There was damage during a flood a few years ago and the council has spent a bit of effort reinforcing it so the walkers, joggers and cyclists can use it again. There were heaps of people out including lots of Mums pushing prams.

At home I put in some more annuals around the bulbs and a lychnis,, a new perennial I haven’t used before. More knitting, a trip to the shops and a general garden clean up.
