One of six

A great change in the weather .... sunny and fairly warm .... great walking weather so the housework was put on hold again!

An unexpected surprise this morning .... two mallard families on the pond in Rouken Glen Park. One mum has six ducklings and at the other side of the pond a family of five.

So hard to photograph the ducklings ..... they scoot about like little ping pong balls on the surface of the water. Occasionally they gathered round mum then they were off again with their wee legs working like pistons.
