In King Williams footsteps.;-)

I was most probably in King William's footsteps overlooking the scene of the last part of Britain he conquered i.e the city of Ely where he chased off Hereward the Wake. Ely cathedral can be faintly seen in the shot (on the horizon)  but will have to go back another day for a better shot when the rain has stopped as it was chucking it down again today.
