You’re nicked!

Unusual to see a police car with its lights on but the car in front was empty. Police driver was on his radio as we went past. Strange we thought....
When we walked back a short while later there was a notice on the back of the car stating...”no insurance - vehicle seized”. Explained all but we did wonder where the driver was.
A few minutes later as we left the car park the car was being loaded onto a beaver tail no doubt to be taken to the pound.
PNC system obviously works!
