Anemone

I had purchased tickets for a friend and I to visit Toby Buckland’s garden festival at Powderham castle today. The weather forecast was quite awful and my friend declined to come so I went alone. Driving along the entrance to the castle, the road was potted with pot holes and puddles and then when I saw where the cars were parked i nearly drove on by as it was so muddy but luck was on my side as the parking man directed me along to the parking are by the shop and I found myself a nice spot. I donned my wellington boots and set off with my umbrella. I felt very sorry for the stall holders but I was tempted by a few items, one of them being this anemone.
