Oh nuts

A wee trip to the botanic gardens in Edinburgh today to check out the Spring colour. There was a guy feeding nuts to the squirrels - they seemed to be quite familiar with him. 
Would have been a lovely afternoon outing if it hadn't been for the garden's tearoom where I waited over 10 minutes in the hope that the man who was supposed to show you to a table would do so  instead of going to great lengths to ignore me. In the end I had to give up and walk away feeling cross.
