Not identical!

So far, Timpsons have failed 3 times to cut a copy of our front door key.

The first attempt didn't even turn in the lock, the second attempt unlocked and locked the door from the outside, but not from the inside.  The third attempt was a step back and wouldn't turn, again.

Apparently, according to the chap at Timpsons, it is always difficult to cut keys and I was given the distinct impression that I was expecting a bit much if I hoped it would work first time!

Back tomorrow with another Master key to give them a better chance.....
