Dame Millicent Fawcett...

Took a quick visit down to parliament square this morning to see the new statue of Dame Millicent Fawcett (the detail in the sculpture, especially the cloth dress is very well done), amazing to think that despite it being 2018, this is the first statue of a female figure to be given space in this square.

Off to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, parts 1 & 2 this afternoon and evening, with a quick tapas meal in between...
