Bauru

Every time we come to São Paulo we go to this restaurant to taste Bauru - the most traditional sandwich invented here 80 years ago. It has roast beef, cucumber, tomato, 4 types of cheese molten together in a called "french" bread, although it doesn't exist there, just in Brazil and some other countries in Latin America. Including French fries results in a very fatty dish, but is worth the value!
