Music for Life possibly

We (Louth Male Voice Choir plus some groupies) are in Penrith to sing at Annie Mawson's Sunbeams music centre. Annie was a special needs teacher and when the school she worked at in Kendal was closed about 20 years ago she set up a Foundation to provide music therapy to children and adults with complicated needs and disabilities throughout Cumbria.
In the last eight years she and her husband have raised £2.5m and had designed (by her nephew) and built a multi award winning spectacular centre for music therapy.
