Pumpkin Soup

A few weeks ago while having lunch in the Musée d'Art Moderne Lille-Métropole I sampled a fabulous Pumpkin Soup, with chestnuts and goats cheese.

As tomorrow is Halloween I decided to try and recreate the dish at home. I was very pleased with the results, and it tasted as good as it looks. It was like having autumn on a plate.

The restaurant within the Museum is a gastronomic delight, the Cafe Gourmand is delicious.
