Urban Jungle

My second attempt at growing a city herb garden.  The first stab was a dismal failure -- hardly any seeds germinated, and those that did were spindly little weaklings that refused to grow any taller after a certain point.  So I brought out the "big guns", and purchased already thriving plants from our local Connecticut nursery to transplant into the little zinc pots on our windowsill.  So far so good (it's only been 3 days!).
