Open garden

First open gardens visit this year -  to this one, called High Glanau, near Monmouth. The house and garden are part the Arts and Crafts movement, about which we are now reading up!

Sadly the ups and downs of the weather we've had mean that the flowers are not as far on as they might have been. And it was chilly! But it didn't rain, the cake was good  and we ran into friends too.
