Another bonny male Wheatear

There were many pairs on this moorland, lovely to see and hear. Plenty of Skylarks too.
However, their songs were wiped out when I arrived at the loch in the xetra. The Blackheaded gulls have established a nesting colony here and the cacophony was deafening! Although they think it is summer down here, up in the hills there is still lots of  skiable snow.
