Non Stop

Early start this morning to take Ethan & his BFF Logan to parkrun junior in Falkirk.

They did well, with Ethan coming 17th and Logan 36th out of 104 children. They clearly worked up an appetite as we then took them to Frankie & Bennys for brunch and they both devoured 4 massive waffles!

They weren’t so excited when we dragged them round some bathroom showrooms but seemed to enjoy looking at some show houses a bit better! We’re hoping to get a new en-suite done and lots of decorating done later in the year so were looking for inspiration.

Back home and the boys played for ages, joined by their schoolfriend Ellie who popped round too. Both kids even ended up staying for dinner. Now the kids are a wee bit older they’re al getting a bit more freedom to go round to each other’s houses . It’s lovely that finally Ethan seems to be having more spontaneous play dates with friends rather than me having to constantly arrange them.
