Time Travelling

...at Wheel nuts car show, St Roses school, Stroud. CleanSteve will have a good car shot on his blip when it's posted. I didn't see much of the cars, as I was running g a stall. It was FREEZING cold, and our gazebo, shared with two other stall
holders, tried to take off. As it had been supplied by the school, who didn't want us to use guy ropes, we had to go and ask for more tent pegs, and while waited they brought out all the weights from the cookery room to hold the 'feet' down.

However, no one did a Mary Poppins, and people still turned up despite the weather, and sales were ok. It was, however, a very long day.

When we got home Steve reminded me that we needed to be leaving in an hour and a half's time. I had no idea what he was talking about, having planned to sink into a bath, followed by sweet oblivion! It turned out we'd been invited out for a meal, which happened to be a roast Sunday dinner, ideal for the wintry conditions.

We had a relaxing evening, met some great new people who are about to go off travelling, and I am finally heading off to Bed(fordshire), to catch the elusive zzzzs.
