The dropped stitch

Bruck

We got 2 hours of jive class this morning, instead of the usual 1. Excellent!
We had 2 new members, so spent time going over all the moves we've learnt. Really useful for everyone, not just the new ones.

In the afternoon J and I did our bit for the annual beach clean, Bag the Bruck. The local Brownies had already done an evening's gathering, so we concentrated on a couple of massive piles of old rope. Very heavy!

Scratch helped by wandering off at regular intervals. Beach cleaning is not very entertaining if you are a Border Terrier with attitude. At least our pacing up and down calling and whistling gave us a break from the rope.

Good dancing session this evening including the Muckle Burn which has a muckle set and link AND a muckle 4 hands across.
