Brighton at Eastbourne

I was walking along the beach at low tide at Eastbourne. Spotting this guy paddling and waving his hands with joy I approached for a closer shot. He obliged with a few more "Oh so Bracing" Skegness type poses. I got chatting and he told me his name is Brighton. And it was indeed written on his conference name badge.
