GI 2018

The weather has been excellent today and I should really be doing an outdoor Blip but I’m still hooked in fitting in as many as possible of the exhibits in the contemporary arts festival.   Its got another week to run.
 
The Extra isn’t much of a picture but the story is interesting.  It’s a similar theme to the one I did on Saturday where art is incorporated into one of Glasgow’s iconic shops.  This time its Bills Tool Store.  One of the works is this car parked in the car park with the passenger seat occupied by a very realistic likeness of the actor John Goodman.  Its causing quite a stir as people keep checking if he is sleeping or even if he has passed away or been murdered.  The police have even been in attendance to investigate.   I suppose the fact that its in Glasgow leads people to suspect foul play  -  “there’s been a murder!!”.
