In the room that we're currently decorating one of the walls has floor to ceiling bookshelves so yesterday and today I've been emptying a few shelves at a time to paint the wall behind. It's been so interesting to find books we'd forgotten we'd got and I must admit the job's taking me far longer than it should. We still have some of my dad's books - he loved old books and he had a little collection of these poetry books. I love the gold lettering on the spines and covers and the paper inside which is so very thin and delicate, and has that old book smell.
Great to see Cailleach at the top of the popular pages and all the support she's getting. Don't think I've ever seen that many hearts. Go Suse..!
