On the way...

...to my best friend's house.

We ended up staying for dinner, which was chicken pot pie. She popped a frozen pie in the oven and heated up peas, corn & had some cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes to add to the spread. It was pretty good, but I told her I've got to make her the recipe my mother-in-law makes, and once she tries it, she'll be ruined for another pot pie again!

Our husbands played Wii for awhile, and then I had to drag mine out as hers was trying to convince him to stay for 'just one more!' But I told him not to get in the way of me and my Winchester boys, and if I missed Supernatural, I'd go c.r.a.z.y!
In a world where everything plays out the same way pretty much everyday, sometimes it's a good thing to look forward to something...Even if it is just a T.V. show!
