Buxton

I made it to Buxton today. No train strike !!!! It was a lovely few hours in their company. A cappuccino in one cafe then a walk up and down the Main Street looking at cafes and we ended up in the usual! We sat in there for a nice couple of hours, lots of chat and laughter, lunch, tea and cake. It's hard to believe Elaine left BRI 5 years ago, Elspeth 3 years ago and me 4 years ago!!
My train from Manchester was cancelled so I eventually got home 7.30pm. A nice glass of wine was needed.
