Surf

Gorgeous day in Christchurch today, 30 degrees or so and sunny! So if course went to the beach (not the pools) - Taylors Mistake, not been there for ages. We went out with an old friend of Mrs PS, and her new bloke; of course he got a grilling ;-)

Awesome day, but very busy. Nevertheless, we found ourselves a good spot and spent plenty of time in the sun, eating, having the occasional wine, digging sandcastles, and of course swimming.

Even Adam (pictured) went in the surf and even played on the boogie board. He got dumped, but coped well. Small steps ... ;-)

He's inherited my gene of a dislike of water (especially if it's not tropical), although after 40 something years I am (slowly) getting over it. I spent an hour of more in the water and it was awesome ;-)
