Last day of April

Wow, where is this year going???

We’re on the last day of April already!!!! A few more sleeps and we’ll be on our way to see the boys, after our first stop in Amsterdam. So exciting.

I had an appointment with my cardiologist in TST, where I took this picture. Nadine came with me. We were surprised to see soooo many folk out there and in Mong Kok too. More than I’ve EVER seen in that part of town before. Perhaps it’s the long weekend and there are more mainlanders than usual.

All good on the heart front, maybe even able to reduce the strength of my BP meds, yay.
